Rich is a B.S. Medical Technology graduate who used his background and technical knowledge in a highly specialized field to pursue a career in the Medical Transcription industry (trained at the American Academy of Medical Transcription). He worked as an MT editor and eventually as an MT QA Supervisor in various international outsourcing companies (India/US). He successfully transitioned into Customer Service and Telemarketing in the highly dynamic call center industry in the Philippines. Rich now applies his extensive professional experience as a Call Center Manager.
Took up AB in Psychology in De la Salle University – Dasmariñas. After several years of experience with different campaigns in the BPO industry, she now leads the Customer Service Representative team of YV World. May is a personable individual whose warmth and consideration for others makes her a good team leader. Her energy is contagious. She stands out as someone who is articulate and conscientious.”
Jumel is vigorous, pertinacious person who has developed a mature and accountable approach to any task that he undertakes. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and allocating workload evenly to the Avatar team. He is reliable and strives to always keep a positive attitude with a superb coaching and monitoring skills. Giving prompt and accurate information on each team member’s performance and taking action to correct staff shortcomings and reporting incidents and problems to the management team. He ensures that all team-related paperworks are completed on time. He makes sure he participates in team meetings.
